Meadow View Lodges are run by Mother and Daughter team Lucinda and Hazel Reed who both live just a short walk away.
The lodges sit on what used to be a pig unit on part of our family farm. In 2020 the pig unit was knocked down and thus began the start of the build. We are excited to share the area that we love with our guests.
We consist of six newly-built luxury self-catering holiday homes nestled in the stunning Suffolk countryside, right in the heart of East Anglia. Meadow View Lodges is situated just a few minutes drive from the A14, in the village of Higham between Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds.
The lodges are contained within two horse-shoe shaped buildings, and surround an attractive central courtyard.
Bury St Edmunds is known as Suffolk's Foodie Capital with everything from award-winning fine dining to quality Suffolk home-cooked pub grub each with their own unique atmosphere. For beer lovers, Greene King has been brewing beer in Bury St Edmunds for more than 200 years. Shopping in Bury St Edmunds offers plenty of choice with a great mix of fantastic independents and High Street favourites. There are beautiful outdoor spaces to explore and a plentiful arts scene including theatre, live music, film and art.
